I'm the co-owner of Flames fitness, Est 1996, where we specialise in personalised training programs designed to support individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

I have over 30yrs in the fitness industry and am currently the Head Coach of FitCamp for Ladies - a class designed for women to add movement to their lives, whilst chatting and laughing (don't be fooled however, they 'do' achieve fitness goals at the same time).

Beyond my roles at Flames fitness, I have taken on the responsibility of being the Executive Officer of HerZest.  I have a strong commitment to fostering meaningful relationships and am actively working on making HerZest a go-to resource for entrepreneurs and professionals in the Canberra area.

I firmly believe in the importance of providing opportunities and support for women to thrive professionally.
