Ros Kewley

Ros Kewley is the Disability Responsiveness Program Manager at ACOLA, leading a national initiative to strengthen disability‑inclusive capability across Australia’s health, education and justice sectors. With a long career in learning design, capability development and organisational change, Ros has worked across diverse industries include Banking, ICT, Public Sector and Defence Industry to build cultures that enable people to thrive.  She is a multi-award winner in social impact and inclusion.

Her commitment to inclusion is personal as well as professional. Ros is the parent of a 24‑year‑old autistic son and has spent more than a decade running social and community groups for neurodiverse young people. She is a former global co‑chair of an inclusive employee resource group, a regional award‑winner in the IT industry for social inclusion, and founder of a work‑experience program supporting young people with disability into meaningful employment.
