Hi, I’m Darlene!  I help people struggling with chronic pain, stiffness, or low energy restore movement, vitality, and long-term health through Myofascial Release Therapy, yoga, and cellular health strategies.

I’m passionate about helping people live healthy, vibrant, energized lives without the limitations of chronic pain, stiffness, or fatigue.

My journey into holistic health began during my 12-year career as a mechanical engineer. I’ve now taught yoga for over 25 years, and for the past 16+ years I’ve worked as a massage therapist helping clients address pain and dysfunction at the root.

I specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), a powerful hands-on approach that works with the body’s connective tissue to release restrictions that can contribute to pain, limited mobility, and nervous system tension. Using slow, sustained techniques, I help relieve pressure on nerves, joints, muscles, and organs so the body can move and function more freely — often providing longer-lasting relief than traditional massage alone.

I’ve supported clients through chronic pain, injuries, and recovery, and for six years I treated children recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries at a pediatric rehabilitation hospital in the United States.

I’m certified in pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric massage and am also trained as a birth doula and childbirth educator.

In addition to my hands-on work, I teach weekly online yoga classes focused on strength, mobility, and stress relief. I’m also passionate about the science of cellular health and nutrigenomics, helping people support their energy, longevity, metabolism, and overall wellbeing through evidence-based wellness strategies.

As a wellness entrepreneur, I run a global health business and mentor others who are interested in creating impact and flexibility through health-focused entrepreneurship. I also enjoy speaking on topics including pain relief, stress, and long-term wellness.

Originally from the United States, I now live in Canberra with my husband and two daughters. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me hiking, biking, camping, dancing, or exploring Australia with my family.

I love connecting with people who are passionate about health, wellbeing, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
