Josephine Gagliardi-Gregoire is a tour operator, guide and co-founder of Chef Christophe & Josephine, a gourmet travel and culinary experience business based in Bungendore, NSW. Alongside her husband, award-winning French chef Christophe Grégoire, Josephine has spent more than two decades connecting people to the flavours, cultures and stories of France, Italy, New Caledonia and Australia.
With a background in health promotion and the gift of three languages — French, Italian and English — Josephine brings a warm, people-centred approach to every experience she curates. From intimate international food and wine tours to cooking classes and bespoke events, her hallmark is genuine care and extraordinary attention to detail.
Josephine believes that food is one of the most powerful bridges between cultures, and she is proud to help her guests experience the world through that lens.
