Living with Parkinson’s for over 12 years, alongside a 25-year career with the Australian Federal Police, has shaped who I am and how I support others. My AFP career built skills in leadership, international engagement, project management, training and stakeholder engagement. I am Deputy Chair of Parkinson’s Australia Limited, founder of Parkinson’s Connect and lead the Canberra Young Onset Parkinson’s Peer Support Group. I use my professional skills and lived experience to connect, support, educate and advocate—empowering people to live their best life and fight progression.
